Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:
• The product is damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong item
• The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our support team with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
Refund timelines:
• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Cash on Delivery orders: refund issued via bank transfer or store credit
Replacement Orders
If your product is damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Used products
• Items returned after the return window
• Products damaged due to misuse
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
